Dreams Work Inc was Founded by Daniel Bradley, Anwan Glover, Nia Barge, and A’Leighsha Butler in 2010 with a mission to continuously strive to meet the needs of the youth by providing them with opportunities to gain life-building skills. We provide practical and engaging programming for young people to shift their thinking as they are empowered and improve their communities. The student relationship with our staff—and the relationship among Dreams Work, the school principal/administration, school governances, and civic leaders is invaluable to this process. Focus, discipline, commitment, and integrity are accomplished as Dreams Work uses the school as a hub for imagination, academics, and socio-emotional education through the arts. Over the years we’ve operated our programs at schools, churches, and community centers throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. We have implemented our programs with the YMCA and also produced a anti-bullying movie funded by the united way called Strings’ Dream. We then operated a 21st learning center program grant in Prince George’s County for 3 years in 3 schools and worked with over 200 students every year.
