Ms. Jalyn K. Wilson is the Accounts Receivable and Finance Manager for TeamGOV, a family-owned staffing and information technology company. She has managed the company’s finances and contracts for over four years. A graduate of KIPP DC: College Preparatory, Jalyn went on to study at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts where she majored in Information Design in Corporate Communication, with a minor in Gender Studies. After completing her studies, she spent time traveling and exploring possibilities before deciding to apply her skills to the family business. From day one, she has been a strong contributor to the company, bringing creative thinking, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and discipline to give her the edge needed to ensure TeamGOV maintains its thriving mobility. As a detail-oriented finance professional, Jalyn has developed tools to help improve internal processes and enhance financial forecasting. She also values working alongside her father, sharing a commitment to helping others and creating new opportunities within their community.

In her personal life, Jalyn loves to travel, attend concerts, explore new foods and restaurants, spend time with her family, and embrace new experiences. She loves art and enjoys a wide range of music. As a Christian who values service and community, Jalyn volunteers with Community of Hope AME Church in Suitland, Maryland, where she participates in community outreach and support efforts. She played a key role on a volunteer team that supported the community during the COVID-19 crisis, helping to distribute over 20,000 meals, 10,000 masks, and essential supplies—such as hand sanitizers, gloves, and toilet paper—to residents of Prince George’s County and surrounding areas in need.
