Hope In Action is COWOC’s clinically guided initiative designed to reduce youth recidivism and community violence through therapeutic counseling, life coaching, and structured wraparound services. This page details our Diversion & Reentry Services, Violence Intervention Program, and Community Wraparound Model.
Juvenile Diversion & Reentry Services
Target Group: Youth ages 12–18, first-time and reoccurring non-adjudicated offenders
